Manje sebecela eminyakeni engamashumi ayisithupha, uGan nomkakhe sebeqalile ukukhuluma ngokuhlehla eKawan Food, nokuvumela izingane zabo zilawule ibhizinisi. Indodakazi yabo, uGan Ka Bien, njengamanje ungumqondisi.
“Babuqonda kangcono kakhulu ubuchwepheshe. Ngiyazi nje ukuthi siyayidinga, kodwa bazi kabanzi ngendlela esebenza ngayo,” kusho uGan.
“Sizodlulisela leli bhizinisi esizukulwaneni esilandelayo, futhi bazoba nemibono yabo – banolwazi oluthe xaxa. Singasebenzisa ulwazi lwethu kuphela ukuze sibaqondise.”
Njengamanje, u-Gan usabambe iqhaza elikhulu nethimba le-Kawan Food lososayensi bokudla nabapheki ekwakheni imikhiqizo emisha nokuqhamuka nemibono emisha.

UGan wabelane ngokuthi nakuba phambilini ayekade ethi u-Ka Bien amhlolele ukudla, abazukulu bakhe manje benza konke ukuhlola ukudla.
“Ngisebenzisa ikhishi lami njengendawo yokuhlola izindlela zokupheka, futhi ngihlanganyela nethimba lami le-R&D ukuze libone ukuthi kungenzeka yini ukubathula emakethe. Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi kwenzekani, uma kuwumkhiqizo esingawuthandi, ngeke uye emakethe.”
